Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Make payments using Paypal, a secure and safe way to shop online. You can also make payments via our Stripe gateway. Both options you can use your Credit or Debit Card.

How long will delivery take?

As we ship from Sydney, delivery will take around 1-5 days usually. We ship using Australian Postal Service. Please note, time frames are only estimates.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

All personal and payment details are encrypted, so your data is safe online. We do not provide share any details with any third parties.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After you place your order we will process your order and ship out the next day. A tracking number will then be updated

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

You will receive a payment confirmation via your email once you place your order.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Returns can be made if an item is faulty. We do not accept returns for change of mind or if an item does not fit.Exchanges can be made within 5 days of receiving your order. The customer is liable for all shipping expenses including returning the parcel with tracking and dispatching the new parcel. All exchanged items must be new and not used/worn.
